John Fitzpatrick

I come from St. Francis Xavier Parish in St. Joseph, Missouri, staffed by the Society of the Most Precious Blood. I am a graduate of Bishop LeBlond high school in St. Joseph. A Catholic all my life, I am grateful to the Precious Blood Fathers for the gift of their priesthood as well as for administering the sacrament to me, but most especially the Holy Eucharist. I remember that one Lent, at my mother' suggestion, I attended daily Mass for the Lenten sacrifice. In retrospect, I realize that this early contact with the Holy Eucharist helped me to hear the Lord's call in the 5th grade. Since then, God has been very generous to me with His grace and I look forward to my ordination in four years. Mary, Mother of Priests, Pray for us.
