Who is Required to Attend?
All priests, deacons, principals, teachers, coaches, youth ministers and lay volunteers who interact with children in diocesan, parish and school-sponsored programs are required to attend a Protecting God's Children workshop. Any adult is welcome and encouraged to attend.

Hosting a Workshop
If your parish or organization would like to host a Protecting God's Children
workshop, please contact Mary Frances Horton, coordinator of Safe Environment Programs. As a first step, please secure a date with your pastor or parish office.

Registering To Attend a Workshop
All adults over 18 years of age are welcome and encouraged to attend these FREE workshops. By learning together, we all play a part in keeping our parishes and schools safe for children.

On-line Registrations (Click Here to register)
Once you submit your registration, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. In order to have enough materials, we need an accurate picture of attendance. If you do not have Internet or e-mail, call the parish contact noted below.
