The ombudsman receives and investigates
all reports of inappropriate behavior or
sexual misconduct by clergy,
employees or volunteers in the
Diocese of Kansas City ~ St. Joseph.
To report suspicious or inappropriate behavior or sexual abuse, please call the Ombudsman. All reports will receive a full and fair internal investigation to determine a person's suitability for ministry, employment or volunteering in the diocese. Any and all information that points to criminal behavior will be reported to law enforcement.
To ensure the integrity of reports to the Ombudsman and to exercise respect for all affected parties, the diocese cannot conduct an internal investigation based upon anonymous information.
