To all Priest, Deacons and those who work within the Music and Liturgy Ministries.
Bishop Finn announces his permission to allow those parishes who after September 1st wish to gradually introduce the new musical settings of the Gloria, Sanctus, and Memorial Acclamations from the Third Edition of the Roman Missal, may do so.
This follows the announcementby the USCCB that diocesan bishops by grant such permission if they so wish.
Please note that only these sung parts may be introduce beginning in Sept. The full and complete Missal goes into use on the First Sunday of Advent of this year, November 27.
