Bishop's Preferred Mass Settings
· The goal of the Diocesan Music Office with respect to its holdings for the Bishop’s Preferred Mass Settings is two-fold. We wish to:

o Provide borrowing of choral andaccompaniment copies for short terms with the purpose of using the setting fora Mass that the Bishop will celebrate during a visit to the parish
· The Diocesan Music Library currentlyholds sheet music for 2 of the 3 Bishop’s Preferred Mass Settings, StevenJanco’s Mass of Wisdom (WLP) andRichard Proulx’s Mass for the City(GIA). We hold these amounts of eachsetting:
o Massof Wisdom

§ 100Choral/Keyboard Accompaniment Scores
§ 2Guitar Scores
§ 1Audio CD
o Massfor the City

· Due to extremely high demand fromDiocesan parishes and finite Diocesan resources, limits will be placed onlending for the remainder of 2011 calendar year.

o The maximum lending period for holdingsis three (3) weeks.
