Chapel Reservation

Reservation forms for the Our Lady of Ephesus Chapel are now available.

Two locations:

1) Right here on the Office of Sacred Worship�s website at kcsjworship.org.
2) The 5th floor of the Catholic Center (Office of Sacred Worship) northwest corner in the Administrative Assistants office.

To find out which dates are available please view the Chapel Reservations calendar located within Outlook.

Detailed instructions:

1)      Open Microsoft Outlook and open the Folder List file on the left side of your screen.
2)      Scroll down until you find public folders. Click on all public folders.
3)      Click on the Conference Rooms folder where you will find Chapel Reservations listed.

Below are the rules and procedures for reserving the Chapel. Please read them carefully and communicate the questions you may have to the Office of Sacred Worship.
