Thirty-one-year-old Jason Evert (pictured here with his wife Crystalina) earned a master's degree in Theology, and undergraduate degrees in Counseling and Theology, with a minor in Philosophy at Franciscan University of Steubenville. He is the author of the books If You Really Loved Me, Answering Jehovah's Witnesses, Love, Sex, and Babies, and Pure Love, which challenges young people to embrace the virtue of chastity. Jason speaks at seminars, participates in debates, and responds to thousands of questions about Catholicism from people around the world.

The American Family Association (AFA) in conjunction with our diocese and that of KCK are hosting our annual conference, Men of Valor/Women of Virtue: Living a Pure Life in an Impure World, on Friday, January 27, 2012 at College Church of the Nazarene, 2020 E. Sheridan, in Olathe, Kansas from 7:00 to 9:00 PM.
On Saturday, January 28th the men (including the young men) will be meeting again at the College Church of the Nazarene at 2020 E. Sheridan, Olathe, Ks. 66062 during the same time period.
The Kansas City's Youth for Truth conference is powerful. This years speakers are Jason Evert and Molly Sandborn. Consider this testimony:
"These conferences, two years in a row for me, have been a cause for rejoicing. It is so obviously blessed by the Holy Spirit... It was an answer to prayer for my daughter. She's a beautiful girl, vivacious and full of personality. She'd been having trouble with her faith and reconciling it in a very ungodly world/school. After atttending she said, "Mom, I feel like I'm on fire! I needed this so much. Thank you." Powerful. I was discouraged at times by our world, but listening to her (I listened in on her sessions with the kids a couple times!) gave me hope. She looked at me and said, "There IS hope, I see it every day. There IS hope."
