Short-Term Disability Coverage | Weekly benefits when sick and or pregnant |
| Long-Term Disability Coverage | Benefits start after injury and continue for 16 weeks (120 calendar days). While disabled, the employee can have an additional 30% of weekly salary in exchange for their benefit or accumulated sick leave or vacation. |
| Maternity Leave | Six (6) weeks leave for an office job. Eight (8) weeks off, if more than office work. |
Blue Cross / Blue Shield HMO Blue Care | Blue Care benefits are much like the PPO plan, pre-existing conditions, flexible benefits. |
| Flexible Benefits Plans | Allows participants to set aside part of a paycheck before paying taxes. During the year, participants may use these pre-tax dollars for allowable expenditures -- like health care and child care. Plans include the Premium Savings Plan, Health Care Reimbursement Savings Plan, and the Dependent Care Savings Plan. |
Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance | The benefits for you in case of your death include paying for your children's higher education, paying for your mortgage, taking care of your personal and business debts, paying for your final expenses. |
| Lay Pension Plan | The defined benefit pension provides a monthly benefit for eligible employees who retire at age 65. Qualified employees may apply for a reduced pension after age 62. |
