Understanding the importance of the identity of a Catholic school; be assured that as you explore each one of our schools the aim for our students is that:

“from the moment that a student sets foot in a Catholic school, he or she ought to have the impression of entering a new environment, one illumined by the light of faith, and having its own unique characteristics. The environment must be permeated with the Gospel spirit of love and freedom.  In a Catholic school, everyone should be aware of the living presence of Jesus the “Master” who . . . is the genuine ‘Teacher’ the perfect Man in whom all human values find their fullest perfection.” 1  

Catholics schools serve as an extension of the primary catechetical instruction received at home. The aim of a Catholic school is to make everyone aware of the living presence of Christ.  Parents, thank you for being the primary educators of your children and for choosing to continue the fostering of your child Catholic faith in our Diocesan Catholic Schools Office family.
