How’s your prayer life? That’s an uncomfortable question for many of us. Often the biggest difficulty is that we don’t know how to pray. Prayer is the raising of our hearts and minds to God and His bestowal of guidance and grace. Without prayer we cannot really know or love God. This course explores the Catholic understanding of prayer and the interior life and models various approaches to prayer. There is something for everyone!
