Spiritual Life

This introductory course, explores the Catholic understanding of prayer and the interior life as taught in Part 4 of the catechism. Prayer is the loving communication between God and each of us. It is the raising of one’s heart and mind to God and, at the same time, divine guidance and bestowal of grace. Withoutspeaking with God we cannot know Him nor love Him. The course will provide practical help in deepening the prayer life of students, model various approaches to Catholic prayer and present the rich tapestry of the spirituality of the Church. | ![]() St. Thèrése of Lisieux |
