Dedicated to the protection of the precious resources entrusted to the care of the Bishop – his people, churches, schools, charities, and cemeteries.  

The Risk Management Office provides resources and tools to assist the parishes, schools, charities and cemeteries to ensure  safe environments for our faithful and community. The Office collaborates with Virtus' Protecting God's Children and diocesan-sponsored programs.

For the assets acquired through the generous sacrifices of the faithful over the generations, the office administers the Diocesan Property and Casualty Insurance Program which provides protection against perils of nature and malicious and accidental actions of man. The services provided by the Diocesan Property and Casualty Program include appraisals of facilities, life/fire safety loss control visits, loss prevention guidance, and procuring of insurance policies.
