The Diocesan BuildingCommission guides and oversees major new constructionand major renovation projects. The Commission enters the process whenthe Bishop approves proceeding with a project and until the project iscomplete. The Commission is charged with protecting the interests ofthe Bishop, the Diocese and theparish.

The Property Management Officehas a ministry of service regarding facilities andrelated real estate. Property Management is actively involved withsafety and environmental issues and with the operation ofparishes, schools and leased locations throughout the Diocese. Whenrequested, the office serves as a resource to parishes andschools for the physical maintenance of buildings andgrounds.
