The Diocesan Building Commission guides and oversees major new construction and major renovation projects. The Commission enters the process when the Bishop approves proceeding with a project and until the project is complete. The Commission is charged with protecting the interests of the Bishop, the Diocese and the parish.

The Property Management Office has a ministry of service regarding facilities and related real estate. Property Management is actively involved with safety and environmental issues and with the operation of parishes, schools and leased locations throughout the Diocese. When requested, the office serves as a resource to parishes and schools for the physical maintenance of buildings and grounds.
